We provide core cutting, RCC slab cutting, concrete cutting, wall cutting, slab opening and related construction cutting services in Madurai and surrounding areas.

Service descriptions and images on this website are for general guidance. The exact scope of work, method, equipment and timeline for each job are confirmed after we understand your requirement and, where needed, assess the site.

To help us carry out the work safely and correctly, customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate details of the work, including location, cutting positions, sizes and quantities.
• Obtaining any approvals or permissions required from building owners, associations, engineers or authorities before structural cutting.
• Informing us of any concealed electrical cables, water or gas lines, or other services in or near the cutting area, and sharing structural drawings where available.
• Providing safe access to the site, and water and electricity supply where required for the work.
• Clearing and protecting furniture, fittings and valuables near the work area.

• Quotations are based on the information provided and/or a site assessment, and depend on factors such as the type and thickness of concrete, reinforcement, sizes, quantity, access and location.
• If the actual site conditions or scope of work differ from what was quoted, the price may be revised. Any change will be discussed with you before the additional work is carried out.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation, or as communicated by us.

• Payment terms, including any advance amount, are as agreed and confirmed with you before the work begins.
• The balance amount is payable on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of confirming the work.

• Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule booked work.
• If work is cancelled after our team and equipment have reached the site, reasonable charges for travel and time may apply.
• If any advance was paid, the refundable amount (if any) will depend on the work already done and costs already incurred, as discussed with you.
• We may reschedule work because of unsafe site conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you as soon as possible in such cases.

We carry out all work with care, following proper planning and safety practices. However, to the extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for damage to concealed cables, pipes or other services that were not disclosed to us before the work.
• We are not responsible for structural issues arising from cutting positions, sizes or instructions provided or approved by the customer or their engineer.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount paid for that job.
• Information on this website is provided "as is", without guarantees of completeness or accuracy.
